Local government in Canada is in its most significant period of change since the post-war years.
I was pondering last night about how nature would solve our global crisis.
It will organize itself in local (albeit open) eco-geosystems, that would be fed with what is presently available, and be governed through autopoïesis. These ecosystems would be open and hence collaborate with surrounding ecosystems without any losing itsown characteristic
Not very difefrent with what happening in Canada.
I have to dig again in Parag’s Kanna’s book: "How to run the World…" and dig more into the "subsidiarity Princiople around which Europe should be organized, but is not…"
